§ 153.15 ABROGATION AND GREATER RESTRICTIONS.

This chapter is not intended to repeat, abrogate, or impair any existing easements, covenants, or deed restrictions. However, where this chapter and another conflict or overlap, whichever imposes the more stringent restrictions shall prevail.
