§ 31.02 PERSONNEL POLICY.
   (A)   The Town Personnel Policy applies to the appointment, classification, benefits, salary, promotion, demotion, dismissal, and conditions of employment of the employees of the town.
   (B)   The official record of the Town Personnel Policy shall be retained in the office of the Town Clerk.
   (C)   The Town Personnel Policy was officially adopted as policy in June 1998. It was last revised January 8, 2008.
