§ 31.01 POLITICAL ACTIVITIES BY EMPLOYEES AND POLICE OFFICERS PROHIBITED.

(A) No employee of the town or member of the Police Department shall take any part in or engage in any political activity in any town election or town political function other than that of exercising his right of suffrage.

(B) Any employee or member as aforesaid who shall be found guilty of conduct in violation of this section by the Town Board shall be dismissed as an employee of the town or as a member of the Police Department by the Town Board of Commissioners.
