§ 130.03 LOITERING AT CERTAIN PRIVATE BUSINESSES.
   (A)   Except as necessary and incidental to patronizing the business establishments of Wash-A-Rama and Speedy Car Wash, it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to remain on the premises of Wash-A-Rama and Speedy Car Wash when requested to leave by their proprietors or during hours in which the businesses are not open to the general public.
   (B)   Every law enforcement officer charged with the duty of enforcing division (A) of this section, shall give persons on the premises of Wash-A-Rama and Speedy Car Wash in violation of division (A) of this section a verbal warning to leave the premises.
   (C)   If such person or persons found loitering on the premises of Wash-A-Rama and Speedy Car Wash do not leave the premises after a verbal warning by a town police officer, then and in that event, the police officer shall give that person or persons a citation for violation of this section.
