Any license issued by the Town Clerk may be revoked by the Town Council upon the finding by the Council that the licensee has willfully or persistently violated any ordinance of the town or any laws of the state, or that such licensee is conducting his or her business in a fraudulent or unlawful manner or is abusing his or her license.
