(A) Every massage business shall pay to the town an annual non-refundable privilege licensee fee of $75 upon license issuance or renewal.
(B) Every massagist shall pay to the town an annual non-refundable privilege license fee of $50 upon license issuance or renewal; however, if the massagist is a sole-proprietorship there shall be no additional fee as required for the individual massagist under this division.
