§ 116.15 MASSAGE OF PRIVATE PARTS FOR HIRE PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to massage or to offer to massage the private parts of another for hire. The provisions of this section shall not apply to licensed medical practitioners, osteopaths, chiropractors, or persons operating at their direction in connection with the practice of medicine, chiropractic, or osteopathy.
