No person, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, or association licensed under § 116.03 of this chapter shall allow or permit any person to massage or treat any person upon the premises operated by the licensee unless the person giving a massage or treatment has complied with all requirements of licensing under § 116.04. Violation of this section shall be grounds for revocation of the license issued to such violator pursuant to this section.
