For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BUSINESS. Any trade, occupation, profession, business, franchise, or calling of any kind.
ITINERANT. Any person, firm, corporation, or business who or which conducts business within the town for less than six consecutive months.
PERSON. Includes any individual, trustee, executor, other fiduciary, corporation, association, partnership, company, firm, or other legal entity or agent thereof.
REGULAR MERCHANT. Includes any person, firm, corporation, or business who or which maintains a fixed permanent location within the town at or in which at least 90% of his or her or its total sales volume is made.
