§ 113.01 OPERATION OF POOL ROOMS.
   It shall be permissible for pool rooms to be operated within the town limits, provided, and upon the following conditions:
   (A)   That no drinking will be allowed therein of any intoxicant, whether liquor, rum, whiskey, wine, beer, or cordials.
   (B)   That no person be allowed to carry into the pool room any intoxicants of any nature, as particularly defined in division (A) of this section.
   (C)   That no person under the age of 18 years be allowed within the pool rooms.
   (D)   That no gambling of any sort, kind, or nature be allowed or permitted therein, whether it be betting on the games played, the outcome of any game or series of games, by any and all names whatsoever to the effect and intent that gambling by whatever names or devices carried on, with or without machines, be absolutely and totally forbidden within the pool rooms.
   (E)   That the applicant for pool room license shall personally file with the Town Board of Commissioners, an application requesting the issuance of a license and shall state in the application that he is acquainted with and has some knowledge of the restrictions and conditions herein set forth, and that he will, in the operation of the pool room, fully and completely abide by and obey the restrictions and conditions in their entirety.
