Every taxicab for which a certificate is issued shall be at all times in good repair when in operation, and shall not be withdrawn from service for repairs exceeding ten days, without special written permission of the Town Board of Commissioners. It shall be inspected by the Chief of Police or his authorized agent, and written report of such inspection filed with the Town Clerk. Regular inspections shall be made each 90 days by the Chief of Police or his authorized agent.
