(A) Information to be shown on card. The license card when issued shall bear a number and shall contain the name, home address, business address, and employer of the driver.
(B) Display. It shall be the duty of every driver to whom a license card is issued to carry such license with him at all times and it shall be the duty of such driver to expose such license upon the request of any person at any time.
