§ 112.23 AUTHORITY OF TOWN BOARD TO GRANT OR REFUSE CERTIFICATE.
   The Town Board of Commissioners shall have the authority to grant a certificate as applied for, or to grant a certificate to the applicant for lesser number of vehicles than specified in the application, or to deny the application, in the exercise of a sound discretion after a consideration of the factors prescribed by § 112.02 of this chapter.
