§ 112.08 SOLICITING PASSENGERS.

No person shall solicit passengers for a cab or taxicab on the public streets or sidewalks except the driver thereof when sitting upon the driver’s seat of his vehicle. Soliciting passengers by cruising is hereby expressly prohibited.
