The Chief of Police or his authorized agent shall have the right and privilege at any time to inspect any taxicab operating under this chapter to determine if the taxicab is in good working condition and is otherwise complying with the provisions of this chapter. Failure to fully cooperate on the part of the driver shall be sufficient reason to suspend the driver’s taxi permit until a hearing before the Town Board of Commissioners can be held.
