§ 111.37 ADULT THEATERS, CABARETS, AND MASSAGE PARLORS.

(A) A person commits an offense if the person appears in a state of nudity in an adult cabaret, adult theater, adult motion picture theater, adult arcade, or adult massage parlor.

(B) A licensee or employee commits an offense if the licensee or employee allows a person to appear in a state of nudity in an adult cabaret, adult theater, adult motion picture theater, adult arcade, or adult massage parlor.
