§ 110.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE. Alcoholic beverages of any and all kinds which contain more than 14% alcohol by volume.
   INTOXICATING LIQUOR. Includes alcohol, brandy, whiskey, rum, gin, beer, ale, porter, and wine, in addition thereto any spirituous, vinous, malt, or fermented liquors, liquids, and compounds, whether medicated, proprietary, patented, or not, and by whatever name called, containing .5% or more of alcohol by volume, which are fit for beverage purposes.
   MINOR. Any person less than 21 years of age.
