§ 96.02 UPRIGHT MONUMENT SECTIONS.
   (A)   All plots in sections Old and New A, B, C, D, E, Upright F, and J may have an upright monument/marker at the head of the grave. All plots are limited to one upright monument/marker and one flush- to-ground footstone. Monuments/markers and footstones must be placed in the center of the burial plot and cannot extend out past the edge of the plot. If a family owns two or more plots next to each other, a family monument may be placed in the center of the group of plots in place of individual monuments for each plot. The family monument cannot extend past the outside edge of the outside two plots in the group. If a family monument is erected, flush-to-ground footstones may still be placed at each burial plot.
   (B)   Monuments/markers cannot be delivered until proper foundation has been installed. Foundations for monuments and markers must:
      (1)   Extend ten inches in depth except where granite is used and then a four inch foundation is required;
      (2)   Be one piece not to exceed five inches overall margin;
      (3)   Not project above the ground.
