§ 94.05 REMOVAL OF DANGEROUS OBSTRUCTIONS.
   (A)   All obstructions above, across, under, or adjacent to any street, public alley, or highway in the town, which, upon investigation may be considered dangerous or unsafe by the Town Board of Commissioners to the public using the street, alley, or highway, shall be removed. The Town Board of Commissioners, after first finding that such obstruction or obstructions are dangerous or unsafe for the public using the street, alley or highway, shall make or enter upon its minutes an order directing the person, firm, or corporation maintaining such obstruction to remove the same within a reasonable time, not exceeding 30 days.
   (B)   If any person, firm, or corporation shall not comply with this section within the time set out in the order after receiving written notice form the town authorities to do so, the town authorities may remove the obstructions and assess the person, firm, or corporation with the costs thereof.
