§ 94.01 SKATEBOARDS AND SKATES PROHIBITED IN CERTAIN AREAS.
   (A)   The unlawful use of sidewalks and streets in certain areas of the city by persons operating skateboards, roller skates, and go-carts is prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person to use or operate a skateboard, roller skates, or go-cart in such a manner as to be detrimental to the life or health of any individual.
   (B)   The use of skateboards, roller skates, or go-arts by any individual or individuals shall be prohibited in the following areas:
      (1)   The sidewalks, steps, and lawn on all four sides of the courthouse.
      (2)   The sidewalks and street on Main Avenue from Hardee’s to McDonald’s restaurants.
      (3)   Main Avenue Drive from Alexander Hotel to Modern Cleaners.
      (4)   Any parking lot, sidewalk, or public vehicular area of any town merchant applying to the Town Board of Commissioners and protected by this chapter.
      (5)   The parking lot and grounds of East Taylorsville Baptist Church.
