(A) It shall be unlawful for the owner of any lot or parcel of land in the town to permit surface water to collect and stand, or to permit weeds, vines and other types of undergrowth of an unsightly and obnoxious nature to grow, or to permit trash to be deposited, or in general to permit a foul and unhealthy condition to exist on the lot or parcel of land.
(B) If any person, firm, or corporation shall not comply with this section within ten days after written notice from the town authorities to do so, the town authorities may correct the condition existing on the lot and assess the property owner with the costs thereof.
