(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to allow noxious weeds to continue to grow on its property adjoining the streets of the city.
(B) If any person, firm, or corporation shall not destroy weeds on the property within ten days after written notice from the town authorities to do so, the town authorities may destroy the weeds and assess the property owner with the cost thereof.
