§ 91.01 BURNING OF TRASH REGULATED.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to burn any trash within the town, excepting papers and leaves, unless the same be done under supervision of town authorities, provided that business establishments may burn trash in incinerators approved by Town Board and its fire underwriters.
