§ 90.60 SUSPECTED RABID ANIMALS NOT TO BE ADOPTED.
   Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, animals impounded which appear to be suffering from rabies shall not be redeemed or adopted, but shall be dealt with in accordance with §§ 90.35 through 90.43 of this chapter.
