§ 70.01 STATE TRAFFIC LAWS ADOPTED.
   All North Carolina Motor Vehicle laws, rules, and regulations, as set forth in G.S. Ch. 20, and this chapter, are hereby adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the town for streets and highways under the jurisdiction of the town.
