§ 94.56 SIDEWALKS AND CULVERTS CONSTRUCTED WITHIN PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY TO CONFORM TO SPECIFICATIONS.
   (A)   All sidewalks constructed, maintained, repaired, and reconstructed upon and within any public right-of-way within the city shall be constructed, maintained, repaired, and reconstructed according to the sidewalk specifications of the regulations for subdivisions adopted by the County and Municipal Planning and Zoning Commission pursuant to KRS Chapter 100.
   (B)   All culverts constructed, maintained, repaired, and reconstructed upon and within any public right-of-way within the city shall be constructed, maintained, repaired, and reconstructed so that the drain thereof is at least eight inches in diameter, and open and unobstructed throughout the width and length thereof.
