§ 52.34 DISCHARGE OF SANITARY SEWAGE.

No person shall discharge or permit to be discharged within this borough any sanitary sewage or industrial wastes in violation of the rules and regulations regarding prohibitive waste, except where suitable treatment has been provided which is satisfactory to the authority.
