§ 52.09 CONNECTION.
   (A)   A building sewer shall be connected to the sewer system at the place designated by this borough or the authority and where the lateral is provided. Building sewer construction shall be in accordance with the Building Administrators and Code Administrators (BOCA) National Plumbing Code, 8th Edition, 1990, as published by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., and each and all of the regulations and provisions regarding construction of a building sewer of said BOCA National Plumbing Code are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this section. The building sewer construction shall be in compliance with the sewer building drain detail below.
    (B)   The invert “T” of a building sewer at the point of connection to the sewer system (lateral) shall be at the same or higher elevation than the invert of the sewer. A smooth, neat joint shall be made and the connection of the building sewer to the lateral shall be made secure and watertight.
