The borough hereby approves the rules and regulations of the Easton Area Joint Sewer Authority adopted on December 19, 1988, and as amended on July 17, 1989, imposing a sewer user charge system for the use of the treatment works; providing for the collection thereof; regulating the discharge of waste into the sewer system and into the treatment works; defining prohibited discharges; providing for pretreatment standards; providing for permits, fees, sampling and inspection of industrial users; providing for the delineation of charges for industrial waste; providing for enforcement of these rules and regulations and penalties, and each and all of the rules and regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of the said rules and regulations of the Easton Area Joint Sewer Authority adopted on December 19, 1988, and as amended on July 17, 1989 and February 17, 1997.
