§ 50.091 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BILLING UNIT. Any dwelling or non-dwelling units for which collection service is provided.
   REFUSE. Includes all garbage, rubbish, leaves and ashes.
