§ 50.076 HAZARDOUS AND RESIDUAL WASTE.
   The provisions of this subchapter do not apply to anything but the storage, collection, transportation and disposal of municipal waste and do not apply, therefore, to hazardous or residual waste as defined by the Pennsylvania Solid Waste Management Act, 35 P.S. §§ 6018.101 et seq.
