§ 154.121 IMPROVEMENTS TO BE PROVIDED BY THE APPLICANT.
   (A)   The subdivider or land developer shall be responsible to ensure the installation of all improvements required by this chapter.
   (B)   The Borough Engineer or the borough’s designee shall make such inspections of the required improvements at such intervals as may be reasonably necessary to assure compliance with this chapter. The reasonable costs of such inspection shall be borne by the subdivider or developer, and held in an escrow account.
