§ 33.035 DUTY OF RECORDER OF DEEDS; COMMISSION.
   The Recorder of Deeds of the county, or any of his or her respective deputies, shall be the agent of the borough for the collection of the tax imposed by this subchapter at the time any deed, as hereinbefore defined, is presented for recording in the office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for the county, and said Recorder of Deeds shall receive a commission of 1% upon the amount of tax collected by him or her, or any of his or her respective deputies, under the provisions of this subchapter, which such 1% shall be deducted prior to the remitting of the amount of the taxes collected by them, respectively, in each month, to the borough, together with his or her sworn statement of the taxes so collected by him or her under the provisions of this subchapter.
