§ 33.032 DUTY OF TAX COLLECTOR; UNLAWFUL USE OF STAMPS.
   (A)   The Tax Collector shall prescribe, prepare and furnish a stamp as may be necessary for the payment of the tax assessed and imposed by this subchapter in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of the county.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to make, use or attempt to use any stamp, other than duly approved real estate transfer tax stamp of the borough as evidence in the payment of the real estate transfer tax assessed and imposed by this subchapter.
