(A) Pursuant to 8 Pa.C.S. § 3301.5, the codification of all ordinances of a permanent and general nature for the Borough of Tatamy, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as revised, codified, rearranged, renumbered and consolidated into component codes, titles, chapters and sections, are approved, adopted, ordained and enacted as a single ordinance of the Borough of Tatamy and shall be known and designated as the Borough of Tatamy Code, for which designation “code of ordinances”, “codified ordinances” or “code” may be substituted.
(B) Code title, chapter and section headings do not constitute any part of the law as contained in the code.
