Any minor violating any provision of this chapter shall be dealt with in accordance with the juvenile court law and procedure. Any parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of a minor violating any provision of this chapter, after having previously been notified under § 130.07, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $100 and costs of prosecution for each and every offense.
