§ 111.07 SUPERVISION; RECORDS AND REPORTS.

The Borough’s Secretary/Treasurer or Secretary/Treasurer’s designee shall supervise the activities of all persons holding licenses under this chapter. The Secretary/Treasurer or Secretary/Treasurer’s designee shall keep a record of all licenses issued and shall make a report of such licenses each month to the Borough Council.
