(A) Every person desiring a license under this chapter shall first make application to the Borough Secretary/Treasurer or Secretary/Treasurer’s designee for such license. He or she shall, when making such application exhibit a valid license from any state or county office, if such license is also required.
(B) The applicant shall state:
(1) Any criminal record;
(2) The name and address of his or her employer;
(3) Types of goods, wares, merchandise to be peddled;
(4) Length of time for the license to be issued; and
(5) Type and license number of the vehicle to be used, if any.
