§ 111.02 LICENSE REQUIRED; CONDITIONS OF ISSUANCE; FEE.

No person shall engage in any transient retail business within the borough without first having obtained from the Borough Secretary/Treasurer or the Secretary/Treasurer’s designee a license, the fee for which shall be for the use of the borough and shall be charged as follows:

One day	$10
One week	$25
