§ 110.05 FREQUENCY AND DURATION LIMITATIONS.
   It shall be unlawful and a violation of this chapter:
   (A)   To hold more than three yard sales per residential property in any calendar year unless there is a change in ownership of the residential property, in which case a maximum of four sales shall be permitted in a calendar year;
   (B)   To hold a yard sale which lasts more than three consecutive calendar days;
   (C)   To hold a yard sale commencing on a date more than 15 days after the issuance of the permit for that yard sale;
   (D)   To not display the permit issued under this chapter prominently on the residential property upon which the yard sale is conducted throughout the entire period of the permitted sale;
   (E)   To hold the yard sale on dates not specified on the permit;
   (F)   To hold a yard sale within 30 days after the close of any prior yard sale on each residential property;
   (G)   To hold yard sales at any time other than between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; or
   (H)   To allow items offered for sale or used for display during the yard sale to remain in sight of the public more than 24 hours prior to and after the final date of the yard sale.
