§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate any provisions of §§ 93.01 through 93.03 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $300, and/or to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days.
   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 93.15 through 93.24 shall, upon being found liable therefore in a civil enforcement proceeding commenced by the borough, pay a judgment of not more than $600 plus all court costs, including reasonable attorney fees incurred by the borough as a result thereof. Every day that a violation of §§ 93.15 through 93.24 continues shall be deemed to be, and shall constitute a separate offense hereunder.
