§ 91.20 DEPOSITING PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful to scatter, dump, sweep, or in any way, deposit leaves, refuse, dirt or any other substance, upon streets, alleys, thoroughfares and into sewer and stormwater drains or outlets.
