(A) Starting from the entrance to the Empire Café parking lot on the south side of Main Street for a distance of approximately 37 feet to a PP&L power pole numbered 69239/S52294. This area of 37 feet by about seven feet four inches will be provide 15 minutes parking for two cars exclusively for Empire Café customers;
(B) From the end of this area for the Empire Café customer parking for a distance of seven feet in an easterly direction for a crosswalk across Main Street;
(C) From the end of the no parking area for a distance along the west side of Bushkill Street of 18 feet for a single parking area for cars only for Tatamy Deli customers;
(D) From the end of this parking area along the west side of Bushkill Street for a distance of seven feet for a crosswalk across Bushkill Street; and
(E) From the end of the crosswalk area along the west side of Bushkill Street for a single parking area of 17 feet for Tatamy Deli car only customers to the entrance of the Tatamy Deli parking lot.
