(A) State Highway Route No. 48025, at the intersection with State Highway Route No. 48019, shall be and is hereby designated as a through highway and all traffic shall come to a full stop before entering or crossing the same after proper signs have been erected.
(B) The borough does hereby request the Department of Highways to erect signs at the intersection of Highway Route No. 48019 which enters upon said Highway Route No. 48025.
(C) Said State Highway Route No. 48025 shall not be considered a through highway unless or until the Secretary of Highways approves this regulation and the Department of Highways erects the necessary signs to stop traffic as above.
