No operator of any vehicle shall make a U-turn upon Main Street or Broad Street. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this schedule shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of $10 and costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment in the county jail for not more than five days.
