§ 74.02 WORDS AND PHRASES.

When used in this chapter, words and phrases shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Motor Vehicle Code of the state, as now in force, or as may hereafter be amended, enacted or re-enacted, except in those instances where the context clearly indicates a difference meaning.
