§ 73.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 70.99.

   (B)   Any person convicted in a summary conviction before a Council member or magistrate of a violation of any provision of §§ 73.01 through 73.03 shall be subject to the following penalties:

      (1)   Impounding of the bicycle for not more than seven days for the first violation; impounding of the bicycle for not more than 14 days for the second violation; impounding of the bicycle for not more than 30 days for the third violation; and

      (2)   A fine of not more than $50.
