§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 70.99.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of § 70.01 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $50, and in default of payment of such for and costs of prosecution, to imprisonment in the county jail for not more than ten days.
   (C)   Any person who violates any provision of § 71.02 shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs.
   (D)   Any person who shall violate any provision of § 71.03 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $300 plus costs.
   (E)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 71.15 through 71.22 shall be guilty of a summary offense and upon conviction shall be fined not more than $300 at the discretion of the court.
