§ 97.07 NOTIFICATION FOR FIRE PROTECTION.
   The permittee shall:
   (A)   Ensure that proper fire protection is or will be provided during the use of display fireworks; and
   (B)   Notify Tatamy Borough Volunteer Fire Company no less than 14 days prior to the date of the fireworks display.
