§ 90.27 NOTICE OF VIOLATION.
   If it appears to the Zoning/Code Enforcement Officer/Police Officers that a violation of this subchapter has or is occurring, the Zoning/Code Enforcement Officer/Police Officers shall send a written notice of violation to the license holder by personal delivery or by United States first-class and certified mail. The Zoning/Code Enforcement Officer/Police Officers shall enumerate the conditions which constitute the violation, cite the specific sections of this subchapter.
